1. The economy here in Bend, not so good. Commercial property values are just starting to take a dive, while the inventory on residential is huge and will continue to grow due to tons more short-sales and foreclosures in the pipeline. How will Obsidian Finance compete with the bank’s prices? You see there is not enough magic in the world where Obsidian Finance could create value that would pay for their ENORMOUS fees and 15% Commission. They are still way off base on their values, which is amazing considering they call themselves “real estate experts”. Oh, but Kevin Padrick and Obsidian Finance were going to let Summit 1031 Principals take the blame. Now that the #’s are OUT, Kevin and Obsidian will have to come up with another excuse.
